Return PolicyReturn Policy
All sales are final “as-is” sales. Due to the process we have developed to get parts shipped as promptly as possible, we consider all sales final sales. When you order a part on our web site, the order is processed automatically, and the shipping process begins immediately. It is not possible to cancel an order, once it has been entered into the system. Therefore, we require that the customer be responsible for the accuracy of the ordering process. Returns All sales are final “as-is” sales. There is only one exception to this rule. We will except returns if an error occurred on our end, and the wrong part number was shipped. In this case, you will need to contact HVACHELPDESK.com for an authorization number and instructions on returning the part. DO NOT return the part without an authorization number. NOTE: Some parts look different from the original, as the manufacturer may have made changes or upgrades to the part. You may have the correct part, even if it looks different than the old part or installs different than the old part. Cancellations Due to the automation process, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed into the system. Please make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your order. Damaged on arrival Please be aware we are not responsible for damage that occurs after the part leaves our shipping dock. Do not accept items if you suspect there has been damage during the shipping process. Once you accept the package, you are responsible for any damages. There is an option to purchase shipping insurance from the shipping provider, if you so desire. Warranty Warranty information is included when applicable. Please note that the terms of the warranty will require inspection by a licensed HVAC professional. You will need documentation of this inspection when applying for any benefits under the warranty. No warranty from HVACHELPDESK.com or our distributors is expressed or implied. Shipping All orders that are to be shipped next day air, must be ordered and paid for by 1pm (Central Time). Any orders after this time will be processed the following business day. HVAChelpdesk is NOT responsible for delays that are outside the shippers control and HVAChelpdesk’s control. In this event it will resort to the shipper’s policy. |
